Our Story

Every book has a beginning, and so does every business. Ours started with a love of books and the drive to get published ourselves. Along the way, we learned everything we could about editing, design, printing, and distribution — and we realised we weren’t alone. There were writers everywhere facing the same barriers we had.

So we brought together a team of editors, designers, illustrators, and marketers who share our passion. Today, Kite Tangle is a small but dedicated London publisher helping independent authors at every stage of the journey — from first manuscript to finished book on the shelf.
